We are pleased to announce we are offering free shipping for all continental US online orders. Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska don't qualify for free shipping. USPS Priority Mail shipments. Expedited fees still apply. We are not able to ship out of the US at this time. No adjustments on prior purchases. Offer valid until further notice. This promotion is for online orders only.
Standard Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping rates are $15.00 to ship a single-item order using domestic ground service within the continental US. For additional items, we charge only $5.00 per item. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska add $10 per item. For 2-Day Air add $30 per product ordered, for Next-Day Air add $40 per product ordered. Orders must be placed before 12pm Eastern or they will be shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday) and are subject to product availability. Please note that if we find we can ship ground in the same amount of time or less we will adjust the shipping accordingly to save you the extra charges.
Delivery
*All residential shipments will be left without signature unless otherwise specified upon checkout*
Items ordered together may be shipped separately. You will be informed of any delays. For deliveries within the Continental USA, we will ship your order via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. For deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska, we will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Sorry, UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of in-stock items. Should an order be delayed or back ordered we will contact you promptly. RUSH DELIVERY. We offer Next Day Air or Second Day Air service for in-stock items. Add $40 per shipping address for delivery one business day after shipping. Add $30 per shipping address for delivery two business days after shipping. PLEASE NOTE, this does NOT include weekend deliveries. Orders must be placed before 12pm Eastern and are subject to product availability. Orders placed after 12pm Eastern time on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. Verification of credit card billing and shipping name and address is also required. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, simply return the merchandise within 30 days in its original condition. We will happily exchange your order or refund your purchase price on all regular price merchandise. ***PEASE NOTE, Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges & Refunds
To return a selection for an exchange or refund, there are two options:
Option #1
Affix the PRE-ADDRESSED RETURN LABEL included with the shipment to the outside of the package. Give the package to your mail carrier or take the package to your local Post Office.
Option #2
Simply send back your purchase using a carrier of your choice in its original condition within 30 days along with the original receipt to:

No additional shipping charges will be applied for exchange orders when the shipping address is within the continental U.S.. Normal shipping charges will be applied for exchange orders from addresses outside the United States and also for addresses in Alaska and Hawaii. Returned items will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. For our international customers, please note that any Customs or Duties fees associated with a return will be your responsibility. Also, please be sure to indicate the reason on the Return/Exchange form. For your protection, we advise that you ship with a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number for your package.
